Recently spoke with a good friend of mine and great actor Don Williams. When I was directing on-line videos in the San Francisco Bay Area I used Don quite often. He was a directors dream. He was easy to work with and always delivered a solid performance. He used to always say, "Andrew, you won't hurt my feelings. Tell me if I can do something different." I loved hearing that because it caused an open and safe environment where we could try different things till we both had a "take" that we liked.
