This is an opportunity to get you work in front of real industry professionals. You kind of have to sell your soul though. Make sure you read the fine print. If you win one of their competitions they own the rights to the film, music created for it, as well as distribution. Something to think about. Every filmmaker has his pet projects. Films that he wants to have total control. Don't submit one of those, rather come up with something creative that you don't mind giving away.
